Momiji Sushi Restaurant opened its doors in NE Salem in 2010, introducing the community to the now infamous Salem Roll. An Asian fusion restaurant, specializing in made-to-order nigiri and sushi, Momiji quickly expanded and now boasts 14 locations from Salem to Portland to Coos Bay.
Family First
The Zhen family has always had a hand in Momiji’s growth. Now owned and operated by Bruce Zhen, who started serving up sushi at Momiji while still in high school, the foundation of Momiji has and always will be about family and team camaraderie.

To this day, Bruce still lovingly crafts every menu (with the support of our executive chef, of course). While we specialize in sushi, we also offer something for everyone, from potstickers (gyoza) to fried chicken katsu. This year, we’re adding more hot food options than ever before!
